MORINGA leaves

Moringa is a magnolia-leafed plant, also known as the tree of multiple benefits or the tree of life (Latin name : Moringa oleifera). It has been cultivated in India for over 4,000 years and has been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to treat a variety of illnesses, including infections, anemia, diabetes and even depression.

Benefits of Moringa: Moringa leaves are rich in vitamins A and C, as well as several other B vitamins. They also contain a variety of trace elements such as calcium, potassium and iron. Their exceptional nutrient content makes them particularly beneficial to health. For example, they contain 17 times more calcium than milk by weight, 15 times more potassium than bananas and 25 times more iron than spinach. What’s more, moringa leaves are an excellent source of essential amino acids, including isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine.

Moringa leaves are generally consumed as an infusion or powder. They can be added to dishes to improve nutrition. Sportsmen and women often use them as a dietary supplement to obtain lasting energy and support for physical performance without suffering the undesirable effects associated with slow sugars in the blood. Moringa leaves are also recommended for those suffering from nutritional deficiencies or fatigue. They can help regulate and normalize blood glucose levels, which can be beneficial for people with diabetes.
